Job summary

Virgin Voyages seeks a Manager, Commercial Planning & Brand Standards to lead the CI program across shipboard and shoreside teams. You will translate survey and performance data into actionable solutions and drive cross‑functional initiatives from planning through launch.

You'll coach direct reports, build portfolio dashboards, manage risk, and partner with the Commercial Planning Managers to keep work aligned. Hybrid work at VVHQ Plantation, FL with Collaboration Days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/ops field; certifications valued (PMP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma).
• 5–7+ years in continuous improvement and program/portfolio management.
• 2+ years of people leadership and coaching experience.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable CI initiatives.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and senior stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Set Continuous Improvement priorities and direct initiatives through to root cause.
• Translate CI findings into implementation-ready solutions with clear business cases.
• Establish QA standards and observation cadence across shipboard and shoreside operations.
• Lead delivery of cross-cutting program initiatives from planning through launch.
• Own portfolio-wide tracking and status visibility for all initiatives.
• Lead coordination with Commercial Planning Managers to align priorities.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for senior leadership and the Director.
• Escalate strategic risks, resourcing conflicts, or blockers when needed.
