Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years experience in travel or hospitality sales.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel 20–30% to support partners and business needs.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate the International Trade Support Team across multiple territories.
• Oversee trade-facing inboxes and ensure timely responses and KPIs are met.
• Collaborate with Sales Planning, Call Center, Finance, and Accounting for alignment.
• Provide systems guidance for Seaware and Salesforce to improve operations.
• Attend business change meetings and represent International Sales priorities.
• Support new agency onboarding and manage supplier invoicing processes.
• Foster strong relationships with Red Hot and Key Accounts.
