Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Commercial Credit Card Services Analyst I to provide foundational operational and client support for Commercial Credit Card Services. You will ensure accurate execution of established processes, timely issue resolution, and high-quality client service across routine inquiries and account maintenance.

Qualifications

• Proficient Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Minimum 2 years of customer service/call center experience in a mid-to-large sized bank.
• One year of credit card experience is preferred.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience, preferably in a commercial bank environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve routine internal and external client inquiries following established procedures.
• Execute daily operational tasks with high accuracy, including account maintenance and updates.
• Collect, validate, and prepare standard Commercial Credit Card documentation in accordance with underwriting approvals, bank policy, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize internal systems for document preparation, e-signatures, research, and workflow management.
• Process approved temporary credit limit increase requests per guidelines and ensure accurate system updates.
• Meet performance metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate trends or recurring issues to senior team members or management.
• Assist in client onboarding and training of clients both internal and external for credit card product packages, online activity and general card and spend management.
