Job summary

Busey is seeking a Commercial Credit Card Services Analyst I to provide foundational operational and client support for Commercial Credit Card Services. The role emphasizes accurate execution of established processes, timely issue resolution, and high-quality client service, including documentation collection and preparation per underwriting approvals and policy.

You will use internal systems for document preparation, e-signatures, and workflow management; handle temporary credit limit

Qualifications

• Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a commercial bank environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine client inquiries following established procedures.
• Execute daily operational tasks with high accuracy including account maintenance.
• Collect, validate, and prepare standard Commercial Credit Card documentation per underwriting approvals, bank policy, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize internal systems for document preparation, e-signatures, research, and workflow management.
• Process approved temporary credit limit increases per guidelines and approvals.
• Meet performance metrics for productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Escalate trends or recurring issues to senior team members or management.
• Assist in client onboarding and training for credit card product packages and spend management.
