gpac is seeking a Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth across commercial restoration sectors in the Wilmington area. You will build relationships with decision-makers, identify opportunities, and collaborate with operations to transition won work.

The role rewards a proven BD track record with large opportunities, a self-starter mindset, and strong networking skills; you'll join an experienced team and represent the company at industry events.

Formación

• 3+ years Restoration Industry experience.
• Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors.
• Strong relationships/experience in verticals such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and/or property management.
• Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities.
• Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive new business opportunities across commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from sales to operations.
• Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions.
