Snider Fleet Solutions in Montgomery, AL is seeking a dynamic Commercial Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, drive growth, and design strategies for teamwork and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in leadership within commercial truck service, 2+ years P&L responsibility, and strong analytical skills. You will lead a team, manage client relationships, and collaborate with sales to execute a location sales plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry.
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility.
• Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and business insight; ability to analyze profitability.
• Experience with AS400, SAP or similar systems; MS Office proficiency.

Snider Fleet Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Branch Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of operations as well as designing strategies that promote teamwork, operational efficiency, and growth.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a leadership role in the commercial truck service and shop industry
• 2+ years full P&L responsibility

• Excellent MS Office skills and able to learn and operate software (AS400, SAP, Paylocity, etc.)
• Ability to cycle inventory, run reports, and communicate results with upper management
• Must have strong leadership and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail
• Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base
