Job summary

Southland Industries is seeking a skilled boiler technician to perform maintenance and complex repairs on large commercial HVAC boilers and related equipment in California. You will inspect, troubleshoot, and repair control systems, analyzers, meters, and instrumentation while maintaining safety standards and documentation.

A valid CA driver's license, OSHA-10, and ability to pass drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of repair, maintenance, and operation of large commercial boilers or related systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.
• Pre-employment drug screen and physical tests required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair boiler components and related mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot control systems, electrical circuits, gas/fuel lines, pumps, and heaters.
• Document preventive maintenance and repairs; keep accurate records.
