Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in data entry or other computer-based work.
• Experience with third party portal billing preferred.
• Proficient Excel/Google Sheets experience.
• Good judgment, strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of transaction based services.
• Communicate articulately and efficiently in both written and verbal forms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process special handling invoices for large, complex commercial customers.
• Maintain third party billing portals and ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on customer account status.
• Communicate with large commercial customers about invoices and status.
• Maintain confidential, organized financial records and supporting documents.
• Provide invoicing documentation to customers or internal teams on request.
• Investigate irregularities or inquiries and resolve them timely.
• Suggest improvements to invoicing processes.
