Implement4 LLC in Chattanooga seeks an experienced Commercial Business Development Manager to drive growth in the commercial restoration sector. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to close deals and expand market share.

The role requires building client networks, delivering compelling proposals, and staying current on industry trends and regulatory requirements. Travel to client sites and events is expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; minimum 5 years in business development/sales in restoration or construction.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
• Relevant restoration certifications are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial restoration market.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and drive growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, insurance adjusters, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and lead generation strategies.
• Track and report on BD activities and KPIs.
• Attend industry events and industry networking opportunities to promote the company.
