Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial banking onboarding and client onboarding workflows.
• Understanding of Treasury Management products and digital banking setup.
• Strong client-facing communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex onboarding assignments to deadline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for Commercial and Corporate Banking clients, from handoff to implementation and training.
• Coordinate onboarding for multiple entities and accounts, including Treasury Management services.
• Review documentation for completeness, maintain audit-ready onboarding records.
• Develop onboarding trackers and status reports; transition onboarding to servicing teams.
