Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions in a professional manner via phone or email.
• Explain banking products and policies so customers understand.
• Direct complex inquiries to the appropriate department or escalation path.
• Enter customer information into CRM and complete requested forms.
• Adhere to call center standards for quality, schedule adherence, and attendance.
• Continually learn and expand knowledge of bank products and services.
