Job summary

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a professional demeanor, with familiarity with banking software and Microsoft Office. Full-time hours 8am–5pm, M-F, with possible Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and support account maintenance tasks.
• Grow customer relationships using onboarding and cross-selling.
• Process requests: balance inquiries, check orders, disputes, transfers.
• Maintain legal documents and ensure accuracy in records.
• Promote BancFirst services to customers and prospects.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service at all times.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
