Responsabilités

Loan administration: supports new loan process and portfolio maintenance, including documentation and reporting.
Deposit administration: handles new account openings, transfers, NSFs, and wire/ACH tasks.
Administrative duties: scheduling, filing, onboarding personnel, and workload management.
CRM Maintenance: manage client contacts, groups, and relationship ties.
Reporting duties: prepares management reports and distributes packages.
Customer service and problem resolution in line with policy.
Support risk management and compliance initiatives.
