• Exceptions and Past Due administration: review and resolve exceptions and statements.
• CRM Maintenance: manage client contacts and groups.
• Reporting duties: prepare monthly management reports.
• Customer service/problem resolution: provide professional service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
