Responsibilities

• Loan administration: Supports new loan processes and manages portfolio documentation and credit reporting tasks.
• Deposit administration: Coordinates with Treasury Management and branches for new accounts, monitors overdrafts and settlement processes.
• Administrative duties: Performs clerical tasks, schedules workload, and supports onboarding and policy adherence.
• Exceptions and Past Due administration: Collects documentation and reviews reports to clear exceptions and past-due items.
• CRM Maintenance: Assists in client contact management and relationship tracking.
• Reporting duties: Prepares management reports and distributes reporting packages.
• Customer service/problem resolution: Provides professional customer service and timely problem resolution for commercial accounts.
• All employees are risk managers under the company risk program and ensure regulatory compliance.
