Job summary

Seacoast Bank in Jacksonville is seeking a Commercial Banking Support Associate to coordinate activities of the assigned Bankers and ensure timely servicing of client accounts. You will help accelerate business goals by arranging meetings, coordinating events, and preparing required documentation.

Responsibilities include processing loans, deposits and fees, reviewing reports, and assisting Portfolio Managers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related major preferred.
• 5+ years related experience in process and office management, business analytics and diagnosis.
• 2+ years financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed new client relationship goals.
• Generate new loans, deposits and fees.
• Review weekly reports, book loans, and liaise with Portfolio Manager.
• Coordinate loan approval and document preparation.
• Process closed loans for booking and submission to loan vault.
• Provide prompt, professional service to customer inquiries.
• Communicate with outside vendors regarding closing procedures.
• Review exceptions reports and clear loan document exceptions.
• Monitor reports and assist in annual reviews when due.
• Support portfolio management and client development activities.
• Ensure compliance with AML/BSA, audit, and bank policies.
