Job summary

Frost is seeking a Commercial Banking Learning Specialist to design and deliver training programs for Commercial Banking, including creating materials, presentations, and assessments. You will ensure FS University provides the right materials to build a strong foundation for new graduates entering Commercial Banking.

You will collaborate with leaders to tailor content, evaluate effectiveness, and stay current with industry changes, all while upholding Frost's integrity, caring, and excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in Commercial Banking, Credit, Training or related.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for Commercial Banking, including materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Ensure FS University delivers appropriate materials for new graduates entering Commercial Banking.
• Collaborate with Commercial Banking leadership to tailor programs and identify training needs.
• Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.
• Stay current with industry changes and update training accordingly.
• Track participant progress and ensure training compliance.

Who you are:

As a Commercial Banking Learning Specialist , you are our educator. In this role, you will develop and deliver training programs for Commercial Banking, including designing materials, creating presentations, and developing assessments and evaluations. You will help bring value to the organization by evaluating the effectiveness of all learning opportunities, ensuring programs enhance learning and contribute to employee development. Most importantly, this role is about ensuring training is reflective of our company culture and aligned with our core values of integrity, caring and excellence.

What you’ll do :

• Develop and deliver training programs for Commercial Banking, including designing materials, creating presentations, and developing assessments and evaluations
• Ensure Financial Services University (FSU) is delivering the right materials that enable learning so that FSU graduates have a strong foundation of knowledge to be successful in their Commercial Banking roles
• Collaborate with leadership in Commercial Banking to ensure consistency and accuracy in training materials, identify training needs, and to customize programs as needed
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the Commercial Banking industry and incorporate new information into training materials and programs
• Work with stakeholders to track participant progress and ensure compliance with training requirements
• Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of Commercial Banking, Credit, Training, or other applicable experience
• Strong understanding of technical issues within Commercial Banking, with ability to answer specific questions
• Ability to travel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
