Job summary

Central Bank seeks a results-driven sales professional to lead direct relationship marketing and business development for our commercial product line, including cash management and commercial payments. You will source new clients, deepen relationships, and partner with loan officers to grow deposits and services.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting tailored banking solutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Banking industry experience in business development.
Proven sales and negotiation track record.
Experience in cash management and commercial deposits preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Ability to travel and visit clients.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new relationships via cold calling, referrals, and networking groups.
Acquire business in commercial deposits, payments, merchant services, and related products.
Develop a business development marketing plan to generate new relationships and cross-sell products.
Conduct sales calls and present solutions to address client goals and improve processes.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act and related policies.
