Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years banking experience and treasury management product experience.
• Proficient knowledge of Commercial banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Act as Commercial Banking's primary customer contact for servicing all clients.
• Respond to banking questions and guide account implementation, funds transfer/stop payment requests and transaction issues.
• Communicate with Relationship Managers and provide updates on client matters; escalate when needed.
• Handle Treasury Management inquiries with a goal of first-call resolution and exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and complete required training.
