Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Banking Support professional to assist the designated Relationship Team. You will handle deposits, loan servicing inquiries, and client inquiries, coordinating with internal partners to ensure timely responses.

This role emphasizes compliance awareness, audit readiness, and proactive problem solving, with responsibilities spanning deposit account setup to delinquency resolution and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required).
• 1+ years previous experience with commercial banking support functions (required).
• Proficient in setup, maintenance, and closure of commercial deposit accounts and resolution of loan-related servicing issues.
• Ability to respond promptly to audit requests, including GRC testing and compliance reviews.
• Experience managing routine and complex client inquiries end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for the designated Commercial Banking Relationship Team.
• Facilitate service requests for an assigned book of commercial banking clients.
• Coordinate setup, maintenance, and closure of deposit accounts.
• Resolve client overdrafts and NSF issues with Relationship Managers and partners.
• Partner with internal business partners, operations teams, clients, and third parties.
• Resolve loan and fee delinquencies and direct resources to collect or clear delinquent status.
• Respond to routine and complex client inquiries and route as needed.
• Submit and coordinate follow-up on DDA and general service requests.
• Provide information for GRC testing and audits.
• Support compliance culture and advise on deposit- and loan-related matters.
