Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 1+ years of retail banking and/or sales experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in person and over the phone to meet financial needs through needs-based conversations and sales fulfillment.
• Actively listen, understand, and recommend products and services to achieve sales and service goals.
• Educate customers on retail products and digital solutions to enhance the experience and meet targets.
• Ensure financial transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Refer complex financial needs to bank specialists when appropriate.
• Respond to customer calls with real-time online banking and transactional support.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and resolve customer issues with detailed records.
• Authenticate callers to protect customers and the bank from fraud.
• Develop knowledge of Online Banking Services and related tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
