Job summary

Columbia Bank in Lake Oswego is seeking a client service specialist to support corporate and commercial deposit clients. You will serve as the primary contact, assist with account implementation, funds transfer, and posting issues while maintaining high service standards.

You will work closely with relationship managers, apply knowledge of Treasury Management products, and comply with bank regulations. Onsite teamwork, strong communication, and a customer-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED preferred; Bachelor's in Business/Finance preferred; 2–4 years banking experience required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of bank payment systems, account operations, banking services and exposure to complex business entities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and organization skills with ability to multi-task.
• Strong technical skills including Windows Office Suite and industry specific software.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with relationship managers to provide primary client relationship and customer service support.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Deposit and Treasury Management products.
• Respond to client questions and guide account implementation, funds transfer and stop payment requests.
• Escalate complex issues to Sr. CCS Representative when needed and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain compliance with bank regulations and training requirements.
