Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master preferred.
• 3 years of work experience in Marketing, business promotion, event planning or credit underwriting/credit risk in banking.
• Strong project management, multitasking, prioritization under deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; relationship management.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, marketing, and underwriting support to Business Team 3 and Los Angeles Branch.
• Assist marketing plans, vendor coordination, and client events.
• Support credit risk analysis, loan closings, reviews, and portfolio monitoring.
• Ensure loan documentation and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Prepare business and marketing reports in a timely manner.
