Responsibilities

• Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify needs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Retail products and services and recommend solutions.
• Proactively reach out to customers using CAMP and other tools to set up financial reviews.
• Cross-sell to existing customers and engage in outside sales activities as directed.
• Establish strong relationships with Business Partners and refer customers for holistic solutions.
