• Requires a minimum of two years banking experience, preferably as a Commercial Lender or Portfolio Manager.
• Must have formal credit analysis training or solid lending experience.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and make credit decisions.

• Maintain and develop positive relationships with customers and grow the portfolio; cross-sell loan products and services.
• Analyze applicant's financial status, credit and property evaluation to determine feasibility of loan request.
• Compile loan documentation and facilitate loan structure; ensure commitment letters are prepared and delivered.
• Review commercial real estate appraisals and evaluate appropriately.
• Ensure timely loan closing and funding activities.
• Travel within the assigned market is minimal.
