Job summary

Zions Bank is seeking an experienced Business Banker to provide top-tier service to Ada County clients from our Nampa branch. The role focuses on sales, service, and managing a portfolio of business clients with emphasis on growth and cross-selling banking products.

You will assess financial needs, perform credit analysis, and structure loans while building enduring client relationships. The position is in-office, offering opportunities to work with a team of professionals dedicated to community

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in banking, finance or a related field and 2+ years of credit associated lending or related experience.
• Knowledge and experience of Business Bank lending, credit analysis preferable in a commercial lending environment.
• Ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.
• Solid working knowledge of software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Grow, retain, and expand a portfolio of existing Business Banking clients.
• Source new customers through referrals and cross selling.
• Meet revenue goals for region and products.
• Visit client locations regularly and develop a relationship plan for each client.
• Ensure client requests are met by interpreting needs and directing to appropriate resources.
