Talent Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a veteran banking professional to join as VP Commercial & Ag Lending in Clear Lake, Iowa. This on-site leadership role will oversee commercial and agricultural lending relationships, credit underwriting, and portfolio management within a collaborative team.

Compensation: $130,000 – $175,000 base, commensurate with experience

The Role

The VP Commercial & Ag Lending will join an established, well-resourced lending team, working alongside experienced senior lenders rather than operating in isolation. What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial and agricultural lending, with direct responsibility for business development and credit administration
• Strong credit knowledge and analytical capability, paired with high personal accountability
• A demonstrated track record of building and retaining customer relationships in a community-focused setting
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior experience as a credit analyst is a plus
