• Manage and grow an existing commercial and agricultural loan portfolio.
• Develop business relationships with commercial customers throughout Central Kansas.
• Structure, underwrite, present, and service commercial and agricultural loan requests.
• Build relationships with real estate developers and identify new lending opportunities.
• Maintain exceptional customer service while identifying additional banking opportunities.
• Participate in community organizations and local business development activities.
• Collaborate with leadership and credit administration to ensure sound credit quality.
• Assist with portfolio management and succession of relationships currently maintained by executive leadership.

Commercial Lender

Location: Central Kansas

A well-established and growing community bank in Central Kansas is seeking a Commercial Lender to join its team in Salina. This individual will inherit an existing portfolio while also focusing on building new commercial relationships throughout the market. The bank is looking for someone with an understanding of both agricultural and commercial lending who is motivated to grow a portfolio, become involved in the community, and develop into a future leader within the organization.
