Job summary

gpac is seeking an Ag Loan Officer to grow a portfolio of agricultural and commercial lending relationships within a community-focused bank. You will analyze financial statements, production history, and credit information to tailor operating lines, equipment, livestock, and real estate loans, while representing the bank at local events.

The role rewards proactive relationship-building, strong financial analysis, and knowledge of ag cycles, with a compensation range of $60,000 to $100,000 plus

What You’ll Do

Who You Are
  • Experienced or eager to develop in ag/commercial lending with strong financial analysis skills.
  • Knowledgeable about agricultural production cycles and credit fundamentals.
  • Self-starter with excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but passion for agriculture and community ties can open doors — our client is willing to train the right candidate with ag knowledge.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $60,000 to $100,000/year, full-time, of course, this is depending on experience. Entry level will be toward the first number.
