Orkin is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join its proven team. You’ll learn our products, sell to diverse industries, and build trusted relationships to protect client businesses. You’ll earn through a base salary plus uncapped commissions and enjoy leadership growth opportunities within a mission-driven company.

You’ll receive a company vehicle and technology tools after training, plus a robust benefits package and paid time off. No prior industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required - we will train you!
• Experience in sales, prospecting, or cold calling is preferred
• Strong customer relationship management skills are required
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to various industries
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing customers to prevent pests
• Uphold quality and safety, satisfy regulatory standards
• Build trusted relationships as an essential partner protecting their business
• Listen to needs, explain practical solutions, win over customers with confidence
