Advance Auto Parts, Inc. seeks a professional level sales Pro to support advanced commercial functions, driving profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

You will partner with the GM to supervise Team Members, manage parts knowledge, and coordinate driver deliveries to ensure timely service. The role emphasizes strong automotive parts expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to source from multiple channels, including special orders and second sources.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
