Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced functions on the commercial side and drive profitable growth through customer retention and upsell.

You will collaborate with the GM to coach Team Members and direct drivers to ensure timely deliveries. Applicants should have automotive parts knowledge, strong selling skills, and the ability to source from multiple channels; ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
• Maintain core banking and commercial returns
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
