Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support the commercial side of the business with profitable growth, customer retention, and expert parts knowledge. The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and directs drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

The candidate should have 3+ years of automotive parts experience, strong selling skills, and the ability to source from multiple channels, including special orders and second sources. ASE certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with experience fulfilling customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience commercial customers.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
