Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional-level Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth, maintain commercial relationships, and lead team members in a fast-paced retail environment in Hampton, VA. The role involves GAS2 selling to commercial customers, coordinating with the GM on coaching, and directing drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams, including supervising daily tasks, and working together to achieve goals.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
