Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. The role collaborates with the GM to manage Team Members, oversees delivery dispatch, and maintains stocking programs for commercial customers.

The ideal candidate will have automotive parts knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to source from multiple channels, including special orders.

Qualifications

• Friendly communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
• Ability to source from multiple channels (special order, supplier networks).
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of secondary suppliers.
• Partner with GM to ensure driver coverage.
