CNA Insurance is seeking an individual contributor to manage commercial auto physical damage claims of low to moderate complexity. The role combines claim resolution, coverage verification, reserves, and customer updates in a flexible hybrid environment with two in-office days per week.

You will collaborate with insureds, claimants and partners, determine liability, document thoroughly, and escalate when needed, while ensuring timely disbursements and compliance with state regulations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Must obtain Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.
• Prior claim handling or insurance/customer service experience preferred.

• Manages low to moderate complexity commercial claims following company protocols.
• Interacts with insureds and partners to maintain quality and timely updates.
• Verifies coverage, reserves and liability; conducts investigations as needed.
• Collaborates with internal/external resources to achieve best outcomes.
• Authorizes disbursements within authority and escalates when appropriate.
• Identifies subrogation or fraud opportunities for referrals.
