Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages an inventory of low to moderate complexity commercial claims following company protocols
• Interacts with insureds, claimants and partners to maintain quality and timely updates
• Verifies coverage, sets reserves and follows claim handling protocols
• Conducts investigations, takes statements and works with experts for facts
• Collaborates with internal/external resources to achieve best claim outcomes
• Approves disbursements within authority and escalates as needed
• Identifies subrogation or fraud indicators and refers for further review
• Ensures regulatory compliance and proper documentation on every file
