• Exercises judgement to determine liability and compensability through investigations.
• Collaborates with internal and external resources to facilitate best outcomes.
• Authorizes and ensures disbursements within authority and escalates as needed.
• Identifies subrogation or fraud opportunities and refers for further investigation.
