Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associates or bachelor's preferred.
• Must obtain Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days where applicable.
• Prior claim handling or insurance/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of low to moderate complexity commercial claims following company protocols.
• Provide timely updates and responsive service to insureds, claimants and partners.
• Verify coverage, establish reserves and document investigations and settlements.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve best claim outcomes.
• Ensure disbursements are within authority limits and escalate as needed.
• Identify subrogation, salvage opportunities or fraud indicators for further action.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and accurate documentation on each file.
