Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate multiple systems with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigates claims using internal and external resources and analyzes reports.
• Interacts directly with insureds, claimants, agents and internal customers.
• Determines policy coverage via investigation data and policy terms; notifies on coverage issues.
• Establishes claim reserves and adjusts as needed during processing.
• Determines and negotiates settlements within assigned authority.
• Writes simple to moderately complex property damage estimates.
• Maintains accurate claim files and documentation throughout the life cycle.
