Multi-office firm looking to add tenured attorneys to their growing team!

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per year
We’re a multi-office South Carolina practice with deep roots in business and real estate. Think steady deal flow, close-knit teams, and practical lawyering for owners, operators, lenders, and developers. The work is commercial-contracts, corporate, and CRE-handled by attorneys who like being in the middle of the transaction, not just papering it.
Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (purchase/sale, JV, services, licensing, supply, NDAs)
Lead commercial real estate matters: acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing
Review title commitments, exceptions, and surveys; resolve curatives; manage escrow/closings
Advise on corporate governance, entity formation, ownership structure, and M&A support
Coordinate diligence across internal teams, lenders, brokers, and third-party vendors
Spot risk, propose practical solutions, and keep transactions moving on timeline
Build templates/playbooks to streamline contracts and closings
