Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial kitchen appliances, including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigerators, freezers, and dishwashers.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in a variety of commercial cooking, refrigeration, and food service equipment.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair diagrams.
• Replace faulty parts and components, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure all equipment is operating in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Respond to emergency service calls and provide prompt, effective repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used and time spent.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain issues, proposed solutions, and service outcomes.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
• Assist in managing inventory of spare parts and supplies as needed.
