Culligan Ultrapure is seeking a full-time Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Coordinator to serve as a key client contact, coordinate jobs, manage invoices, and assist in sales orders and job costing.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to support A/R and collections and ensure smooth team communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant administrative experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and strong technical skills.
• Accurate and detail oriented with high precision.
• Willingness to quickly learn about C&I products, parts, and service offerings.
• Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work unsupervised and stay self-driven.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for designated clients, schedule jobs, manage invoices, and handle prevailing wage documentation.
• Assist in writing internal C&I Sales orders and job costing for C&I Sales Representatives.
• Prepare month-end commissions for C&I Sales Reps.
• Support A/R reporting and collections for C&I accounts.
• Answer calls, respond to customer questions, and collaborate within the Commercial and Industrial Team.
• Demonstrate passion for excellence, customer focus, organization, and proactive communication.

We're now looking for a passionate and hardworking C&I Coordinator to join our team!

What You Will Do:

This role serves as a key contact for designated clients and is responsible for scheduling jobs, managing invoices, handling prevailing wage documentation, and coordinating material purchases. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of internal C&I sales orders, job costing, and month-end commission reports for the C&I Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will also support A/R reporting and collections, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure smooth communication within the team. Success in this role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to challenge sales quotes constructively. A passion for excellence and a drive to succeed are essential.

Job Duties:

• Key contact for certain clients and duties which includes scheduling jobs, invoice management, prevailing wage documentation, and coordination purchasing of materials.
• Assist with writing internal C&I Sales orders and job costing on orders for the C&I Sales Representatives.
• Prepares month-end commissions for C&I Sales Reps.
• Assist with A/R reporting and collections for C&I accounts.
• Answers C&I phone calls, responds to customer questions, and is a member of the Commercial and Industrial Team.
• He or she will have a demonstrated passion for excellence, will be customer focused, organized, have strong communication and presentation skills, strong willed with ability to challenge sales quotes, and a drive to succeed.

Job Qualifications / Competencies:

• Associate degree preferred with relative administrative experience.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft applications and good technical skills.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fast learner to quickly develop knowledge of C&I products, parts, and service offering.
• Excellent time management and ability to work on several projects at one time.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Excellent problem solver and passionate about caring for customers.
