Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or Life Sciences.
5+ years in commercial analytics, BI, or sales analytics.
Experience with pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare data.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar platforms.
Knowledge of pharma data sources: IQVIA, Symphony, CRM data.
Excellent communication; translate insights for diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented; manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
Collaborative with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Market Access.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of analytics initiatives for brand performance and business objectives.
Be the primary analytics contact across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Leadership.
Develop actionable insights to improve commercial effectiveness.
Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through proactive analysis.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality analyses and recommendations.
