Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Analytics to serve as the primary analytics partner for the commercial organization. The role delivers insights from claims and secondary data, leads patient services analytics, and supports market access analytics with leadership dashboards and ad hoc analyses.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical judgment with business partnership skills, aligning KPIs to drive decision-ready visualizations across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, data science, public health, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 7+ BA/BS, 5+ MA/MS, 3+ PhD years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare analytics or related field.
• Hands-on experience analyzing pharmaceutical/healthcare claims and secondary data with interpretation.
• Experience in sales, patient services, patient access, hub, reimbursement, or market access analytics preferred.
• Ability to define business metrics and partner with data/tech teams to develop, automate, and improve dashboards.
• Proficiency with Excel and presentation tools; experience with SQL, BI or data visualization platforms, and pharma data sources is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize complex findings for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Commercial analytics leadership: serve as primary analytics partner to the commercial business and deliver insights to inform strategy.
• Claims and secondary data analytics: analyze longitudinal claims to assess patient journeys and market trends.
• Patient services analytics: lead analytics for programs, monitoring access and support pathways.
• Market access analytics: provide high-level analytics on access, coverage, reimbursement and payer dynamics.
• Leadership dashboards and KPI alignment: define, prioritize, and govern KPIs for automated leadership dashboards.
• Ad hoc decision support: deliver rapid, high-quality analyses with clear implications and actions.
• Analytical planning and prioritization: maintain an analytics roadmap balancing recurring reporting and strategic projects.
• Data quality and governance: translate business needs into sustainable data solutions and ensure data integrity.
• Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with Field Analytics, Market Access, Marketing, Finance and others to align perspectives.
• Communication and influence: translate complex analyses into concise narratives for senior leaders.
