Job summary

CoolSys is seeking a Director of Commercial Performance & Analytics to build analytics and incentive frameworks that boost sales productivity and profitable growth across the organization. You will connect seller activity, customer opportunity, and financial performance to guide leadership decisions.

You will lead analytics for quota, territory, incentives, and executive reporting, partnering with Finance, HR, and Sales Leadership to align performance measures with revenue and margin objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in HVAC/refrigeration industry or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop an enterprise commercial performance framework providing visibility across sellers, teams, BU, markets, and customer segments.
• Analyze revenue, margin, bookings, pipeline, win rates, forecast accuracy, quota attainment, and territory performance.
• Lead seller productivity benchmarks, capacity models, and territory design.
• Model incentive plans and commission calculations; govern payout processes and governance.
