The role requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and leadership to translate data into actionable insights that improve seller productivity and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise commercial performance framework providing visibility across sellers, teams, and segments.
• Own annual quota planning, deployment, and incentive governance.
• Model and analyze incentive plans, payout, and behavioral impacts to drive growth.
• Provide executive insights on revenue, margin, and productivity to leadership.
