Quest Diagnostics in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Commercial Execution Specialist to lead and support commercial performance reporting, analytics, and forecasting within Sales Operations. This hybrid role in Lenexa emphasizes developing dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), automating data pipelines, and collaborating with sales and marketing to drive growth and improved execution.

The ideal candidate has experience in analytics for commercial functions, strong BI skills, and knowledge of healthcare

Qualifications

Experience in analytics for Commercial, Financial, Marketing Analytics, or Operations.
Dashboards/reports for Sales and Marketing functions.
Experience scheduling data pipelines and automated workflows.
Experience building bottom-up sales forecasting or revenue projections.
1+ years in Diagnostics or Healthcare industry.
Knowledge of lab/healthcare structures.
Experience in sales effectiveness processes and operational workflows.
Fluency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), Salesforce, and Excel.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain data workflows and dashboards for sales, marketing, and commercial data.
Automate data pipelines to deliver insights for sales reps and leadership.
Extract, clean, and process data from core systems to support reporting.
Develop and analyze commercial KPIs and lagging indicators.
Create and refine detailed sales forecasting models.
Evaluate the commercial pipeline and track variance between forecasts and actuals.
Support Commercial Excellence initiatives and dashboard standardization.
Monitor marketing campaign performance and ROI to optimize spend.
Be the primary SME on commercial data structures and BI tools.
Assist with implementing new Commercial Operations processes and workflows.
Adapt to changing metric definitions and monthly/weekly leadership reporting.
