Job summary

Usalco is seeking a Commercial Data Analyst to bridge our ERP and Salesforce systems with the commercial decision process. You will generate insights and reports for sales and account management to drive confident decisions.

In this role, you will own the reporting layer, build dashboards, define KPIs, and support pricing and territory reviews while leveraging AI tools for deeper insights and anomaly detection.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in commercial, sales operations, or business analysis
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with reports, dashboards, and data hygiene
• Advanced Excel proficiency; Power Query experience preferred
• Ability to identify and flag data quality issues before they surface in reporting
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data findings into business insights

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial reporting layer — pipeline, win/loss trends, customer service metrics, revenue by customer/segment/region/product
• Reconcile Salesforce entries with ERP actuals to improve data integrity
• Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce and/or Power BI for daily decision-making
• Define and audit commercial KPIs; assess customer segmentation to identify high-value accounts
• Maintain customer master data segmentation fields and address data gaps with Sales
• Identify root causes of data quality gaps across ERP and Salesforce and coordinate with IT/ops to fix
• Deliver regular commercial performance summaries to leadership with actionable takeaways
• Support pricing analysis, territory performance reviews, and customer growth/churn reporting
