Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a highly motivated analytics professional to partner with the Endoscopy Sales Division and Regional Managers. You will build relationships, develop regional market insights and deploy sales enablement tools to drive commercial success.

You will collaborate with Sales Support, Marketing, Finance and IT to deliver data-driven solutions, with a focus on AI-enabled analytics and process improvements. This hybrid role requires Marlborough office presence several days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3-4 years in a sales/financial analytics or related analytical role.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong AI, data management and technology skills with experience implementing business solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, SQL and programming languages.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and customer service.
• Travel 10-20% as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive analytics, business planning support, opportunity management and sales execution support.
• Deliver actionable insights into sales performance, market trends, pipeline health and risk mitigation to accelerate revenue growth.
• Support regional managers with deal modeling and market share assessments aligned with commercial strategies.
• Deliver training focused on analytics tools, AI capabilities and enablement systems.
• Leverage AI to simplify workflows and deliver scalable insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and IT to implement data-driven solutions.
• Drive continuous process improvements through AI-enabled solutions to maximize efficiency.
• Support team development through cross-training and onboarding.
